Which I am frankly very glad about - this was not a case of a disgruntled employee with a legitimate grievance, this was a political case using and frankly abusing a specific court system. No doubt the idea was that the big guns brought to bear would cow the tribunal. I wonder how much would have been made of this had the case been won? I assume that it would have been used to site precedence. Hopefully now it will and can be used to strengthen other cases where cries of antisemitism are used to stifle free political expression and middle eastern debate in the UK. Take heart BBC!
