Sounds the same but I don't recall hearing of Syrian protestors firing rockets at Syria or blowIng up buses or carrying out martyrdom operations against other Syrians over the last decades or even during the recent unrest. The Syrian people do not face an existential threat by the protest. Only Assad and his brutal regime have anything to fear. If Palestinians only wanted the removal of Bibi from power they'd get a lot of support from a large section of Israeli society. I don't think that would satisfy Hamas at all or even Fatah in the long term.
