Yes it is. Because secret agreements come to light in the most moral army. I dont think its like that in France or Germany. Actually, i KNOW it isnt like that. So if you would say, the IDF has a perfect ethic and moral, you would soon be proofed wrong. But if you say, it is the most moral army, this is actually right. You could try to name another army like this one in terms of ethic and moral and taking risks on soldiers rather then on (enemy) civilians. But you wouldnt find one like the IDF, even if you would search in armys which never fired one bullet in the last 50 years.
