Many time I told them I need help. I want to be in Israel. I want to live in Israel. I want to be Israeli. "Oh...Um.... We'll contact you if anything comes up." Say's their job advisor. Or when trying to get my Teudat Zehut (Israeli ID card) "Oh. Um. Someone will call you." THis was after I filled out all the documents, was stamped and approved and told I would get it in a week. This was after that. They forgot to give me my teudat Oleh/tell me how to get one (which I didnt even know I would get one!) Maybe because I don't live in Katamon Jerusalem I wasn't their type of person to help?
