For the sake of argument, let's say it was Yemeni Jews who introduced Falafel in the occupied lands. Their ethnicity is Yemeni. Food reflects culture not religion. As long as Israel claims to be a Jewish state (comprised of mostly Europeans) how can it lay claim to a food that is Yemeni?
