They've been in this country since before it was born. Our Declaration of Independence asked them "to keep the peace and play their part in building the State on the basis of FULL and EQUAL citizenship and DUE REPRESENTATION in ALL ITS INSTITUTIONS". Then we put them under military administration until 1966 and we have treated them as 2nd class citizens ever since. And they became radicalised? Well now there's a surprise. The Shin Bet ought to know a thing or two about them - they've been 'controlling' them for a very long time. It'd be good if Bibi immediately adopted this and put all his efforts into it. Instead of a peace deal with the Palestinians in the W Bank, he could make peace with the Palestinians of Israel and atg least give us some inner peace. It'd also give him a chance to leave a legacy worth something. B'Ezrat Ha'Shem of course.

How Isaiah gave Hebrew its word for vagina

If St Jerome and other experts are right, Israelis may have thought that 'pot' meant vulva, but actually they were saying cup. Or forehead. Or maybe something else.
