But what a politician like Netanyahu says and what the IDF has ordered are often very different things. Only the IDF Commander can issue a military order declaring any part of the West Bank to be a "closed military zone", because under int'l law he is the ONLY person who has the authority to issue such a military order. Bibi can't do it. Even Barak can't do it. So I'll ask again, in all seriousness: how much of the Jordan Valley has been **DECLARED** to be a closed military zone?
