    They are seeking to maneouvre themselves to their best advantage should the talks fail EVEN AS they are willing to test Israel to see if it has any real intentions of negotiating in good faith. What else did you expect them to do? You guys always appear to be shocked that the Palestinians (a) aren't zionists and (b) aren't lick-spittles. Gosh! What. A. Surprise.
