says hunt down the Jews and the truth need not be told in order to achieve the goals of the Koran against Islams enemies. The settlements are not ilegitimate for a number of reasons. They came to be not immediately after the defensive occupation of the West Bank when the Pals and their Arab brethren attacked Israel with a view to liquidating her, not shortly thereafter, not after Israel offered to withdraw in exchange for Arab renunciation of violence and a peace agreement, but years and years after the Pals refused to negotiate or renounce violence. Moreover, the settlements issue is bogus. Israel has demonstrated and ability and willingness to abandon settlements (Gaza), has indicated that everything is on the table of negotiations and ultimately settlors might, depending on the outcome of negotiations, find themselves within Palestinian lands, subject to its laws. Ooops.... I forgot. The Pals are on record indicating that Palestine will be Judenrein (despite the deeper historical ties that Jews have with the West Bank than do the Pals). As to the distinction between Jews and Zionism, it too is bogus. Jews without Israel, history has shown, are existentially precarious. Not all Jews agree but most believe, as do I, that Israel is essential to give Jews a fighting chance if and when the viscious madness that systematically sought to liquidate Jews reappears. That is not a fanciful fear and to one degree or another, the madness exists.
