    I agree with everything you have said but this is the way things work when you have two parties. One attacks and the other responds. Actually Israel has used the utmost of restraint not only today against the suicide bomb (so far) but also in Lebanon against the thousands of rockets that had Israels name on them. Lebanon is not a democratoc country.It is only three quarters of a democratic country so Israel in effect didnt attack Lebanon as much as it did the belligerent and fundamentalist Southern Republic of Hizbullah.
