Howdy Yaakov; I agree with ChanahS. The best way to a two-state solution is not through useless negotiations (Hamas agrees too by the way except that they want a one-state solution with no Israel). It is best for Israel to unilaterally determine the border with the security barrier, remove all Israeli settlers from the Palestinian side of the fence, and toss the keys to statehood to the Palestinians over the fence. Then, seal the border and force the Gazans to get their welfare goodies through Egypt and the West Bankers through Jordan. Fortify the frontier so that no Palestinian ground attack can succeed, use seismic equipment to detect tunneling, and counter rocket fire coming over the fence with artillery and air strikes until a reliable anti-rocket system can be developed. Love it! Operation "Jihad Defused".
