    Of the 15%: a 3rd won't care to vote while a 3rd won't change the vote. JUST: a 3rd can and will actually make the difference with casting vote THIS TUESDAY and because of the ability of a3rd to vote such 3rd so IMPORTANT: IF with 5% of all Israeli Electorate 12 seats 2 be decided THIS TUESDAY and because of the 18 remaining seats 6 will go like a Poll Average is giving since quite some time now: 12 seats will go as a 3rd of the Israeli Electorate: DECIDING with Just a 3rd of Israeli voters ÆND: in fact the 3rd is just the only one TO DECIDE whether Labor or Likud forming an Israeli Gov: but that could be Labor IF a 3rd wants to.
