There is an important difference between Elections in France or Elections in USA: in France, still, there is one RW Party that is deciding who wins, or does not win: and that is le Front National (FN). And that is so since a very long time as EVER SINCE UMP, Centre Right, can't win without FN, it is that way as IN FACT PS has always been the biggest Party as the French are in their hearts Socialists and Centre Left voters: FN has always aided the 2nd biggest - UMP: withouth FN no UMP Candidate wins and it's A REALITY IN FRANCE in 2012 AGAIN: the Force BEHIND all is: FN. Because: Yet Again FN Proved WITHOUT FN NO UMP CANDIDATE WINS. AND: that means that it is FN that with(out) Voting Rules France: IF 4% of FN in yesterday's elections would have voted for UMP: then Sarkozy would have won niptly with 50.3% of all the votes. and not Hollande: that's how much just 4% of FN voters matter(ed) in France: the "quiet" voice chosing (one or the other): FN: in USA it's the swing voters, swinging between GOP and DEM: in France it's le FN that has chosen IN 2012 AGAIN: and that is A HUGE DIFFERENCE
