    This far removed from Israel, I don't presume to, nor am I qualified to solve your problems with your neighbors? However, if my neighbor publically announced that he intends to kill me and my family,and take my home. Well I'm not gracious enough to wait until he makes an overt act against me before I respond. "if a man plans to kill you tomorrow, sneak into his tent and kill him first". The IDF is second to none, anyone from this country, who is fortunate to be trained by the IDF, is fortunate indeed. Get some Leaders worthy to lead the IDF.
