Interesting but not surprising. I would like to point out that while Israeli teachers may put in less hours "in school", we take many hours of work home with us as the schools physical conditions are not suitable for working outside the classroom. Teachers, in most schools, barely have a cubby to keep their materials let alone a desk and proper work corner or personal computer.
