The classified documents revealed grave violations of law by IDF officers. Such violations, when conducted within the context of the warfare, are amounted to war crimes. According to these documents, the army killed Palestinians suspected in terrorism when it was possible to arrest them. This is violation of the Supreme court ruling, which allows to kill terrorists only when it is impossible to arrest them or when they pose danger to the soldiers. According to the documents, the orders were from the very beginning to kill and not to arrest.
