The international political power of the Arab Street has gone through significant revolution since May 31, 2010. If Netanyahu tries to go into this as if it were just a rematch of the 2010 conflict, he is going to suffer the same fate as Mubarak. Mubarak also thought he just needed to crush yet another political opponent, like he had done over and over for years. A violent attack against the Arab Street will put Netanyahu in the fine company of Mubarak, Quadaffi, and Asad. The price will be much higher than Netanyahu could ever imagine.
