The UN resolution is quite clear: 1. Reaffirms its call for the strict respect of the sovereignty, territorial integrity, unity, and political independence of Lebanon under the sole and exclusive authority of the Government of Lebanon throughout Lebanon; That means that Israel does not try to install a Quisling government in Beirut and the US does not build military bases in Lebanon unless a truely democratically-elected government wants it. By the way, with Muslim Arabs making up 70% of the population, Israel should stop the shit with the Lebanese Christians, it will only lead to another civil war and Lebanon doesn't need that.
