For a long period of time our governments have taken the position that they represent their own interests rather than the interest of the people who elected them to office. The decision processes which led to the invasion of Iraq, and who was influencing those decisions, should be available for public scrutiny as should all contacts with all governments, where the government is serving those who elected them. Living in Israel I understand that you find the concept of democratic principles as you live in a religious theocracy, in the West we welcome the leaks as a way of scrutinising the actions of our elected officials.
