The only reason the 'who started it' argument comes up is because the media never portrays Israeli actions in context. Newspapers are already forgetting that an IDF soldier has been kidnapped and that Israel has been absorbing rocket fire without responding continually since the pullout from Gaza. And BTW, the PA has had a year since the pullout to improve the situation in Gaza. Instead, they invest in weapons instead of building infrastructure to improve the lives of its citizens. Interesting example of the PA's priorities.
