He did NOT retract his report, despite all the Israeli headlines! All he's done is to say that his findings would have been influenced! He did not say that subsequent revelations negated his report, and what he's most likely saying - since he has NOT retracted it - is that the language would have perhaps been less harsh against Israel, and more harsh towards Hamas. But he did NOT say that the actual incidents themselves were reported in error!
