What was the strategic importance of Bin Ladens so called death at this time? Was the U.S. showing the revolting Arab World that terrorism is not the route to take to prosperity? Perhaps Osama was living under U.S. protection lest his capture be used as an excuse for terror to free him. Why kill him and then show no body then dump it in the sea? Even a rookie author could spin a better story. Perhaps he gave up immense Intel on his organization and was becoming a liability? Or perhaps the Pakistani officials that knew of his being protected were going to take it public. The U.S. moved fast to destroy the evidence.
