Why, exactly, should it matter how many gentiles there are in Israel, so long as the Law of Return remains? Because so long as that remains the law of the land then any Jew can choose to come to Israel whenever they want. If that is true then Israel is still "the homeland of the Jews" even if/when the Jews become a minority. You are confusing two different concepts: (a) Israel exists exclusively FOR the Jews and (b) Israel is the place that all Jews everywhere can choose to make "their home". Only the latter is a "homeland for the Jews", while the former is simply racial supremicist nonsense.
