The 'world', i.e., the majority of nations, want Iran to not develop nuclear weapons and does want Iran to comply with all of the Additional Protocols. Israel, and those American Neo-Con Lunatics who thought all they had to do to win was invade Afghanistan and Iraq, want a war and have no interest in any other outcome. What does Iran want? They have the choice between full compliance with the Additional Protocols or continued sanctions. The most certain way of thwarting a war started by Israel is compliance with the Additional Protocols. There is one problem with the Additional Protocols which Iran might fear. The Additional Protocols give greatly expanded powers to the IAEA including snap inspections, and inspections of undeclared but suspect facilities. It will just have to accept that consequence and swallow those fears.
