Mr. Dror's article is true to the present unfortunate conditions, those
during which the Likud has led the nation. But looking back to the
period of Yitzhak Rabin's 1992-1995 term as Prime Minister, as well as
Shimon Peres' ill fated second term as PM, it does not seem to me that
Israel's diplomatic savoir-faire was totally lacking.
