There are "Jews" from at least 200 countries in Israel. They all look different, they all live acc. to the adopted life-style of that culture they were born in and come from. But what is common to all of them is that they worship the same G-D, study the same Holy Book, the Torah, believe in the same doctrines and keep the same traditions. They can be from the Amazon or converts, but that what unites them makes them all Jews. In the Prophecies G-D says that when the Jews have been gathered back to Israel from every corner of the world where they were dispersed, (Isaiah 43:5--- and Jeremiah 31:8---) He will put His spirit (ruah) in them, so that they will become one ..... meaning as a revived culture (ref. to the "dry bones" in Ezekiel 37) again. We are still culturally different in the Land of Israel due to the diversity of our cultural backgrounds and sometimes they clash, but one day Israel will know only one culture our children will be true to, that of the Jewish culture and civilization. Then no-one will ask "who is a Jew", they will all know who they are.
