This is a minor fast holiday that only the strictest of fanatics follow. It is not in the Tanakh and it is virtually unknown outside of Israel and some pockets of remaining ortho-Jewish communities in the Diaspora. Aside from that, Jerusalem is rebuilt so there is no longer any reason to fast or be sad. Get with the times!
