    Very telling, where the firsters allegiance lies, as well as who actually runs global foreign policy. Consider side A, acknowledged by all to be Al Qaeda dominated. Then consider side B, who in 1991 was the driving force of actual intelegence and boots on the ground in the world alliance against Sadaam. Temper that with the info given by Victor Ostrowski in the book "Every Spy a Prince", where he described his duties in Mossad during the Iran Iraq war. His job was to insure the war of attrition between these two antagonists found no solution, and that the 2 sides inflicted as much possible damage and loss of life as possible, by leaking the locations of tankers and military deployments of whichever side seemed to be having the current upper hand, to the other. Now, roll all these facts together, and we have the US sending military support and weapons to Al Qaeda being seen as preferable to sending support to Hezbollah?? Exactly whose military and foreign policies are we supporting? When we choose between an irritant to Israel, and the group responsible for 911, we send the 911 terrorists aid? Meanwhile the Machiavellian rulers of Israel's right wing wring their hands in anticipation of all of the Arabs who will die, with no viable replacement for the government of Syria, should side A win. Looks a little like the last Iraq war these same right wingers got us into just 10yrs ago. Meanwhile, the useful idiots who think they run the US happily wag our tails, and await commands from Tel Aviv. Will the world never learn?
