Did a prominent Arab actaully ask this question? If yes, was it an Arab who is in a position to negiotiate a comprehensive peace? Was it the leadership of the Palestinian Arab's? If it was an Arab who can help the process to peace and cooperation along than in my opinion it is a fair question. Also, this Arab leader should be preparded to answer if the Arab world accepts a Jewish Israel, if the refugee demand can be dropped (thus not threatening a Jewish Israel) and if there is a chance for Israel and the Arab world to begin to focus on commerce and cooperation versus warfare and terror. All fair questions for the appropriate leaders. Why does Bar'el put the oweness onto Israel? No need for Israel to negiotiate against themselves. I know what the Arab offer in '02 said. Read the fine print, the Israel in that offer would not remain Jewish for long.
