There is no 2-state solution since Menahem begin made sure there never will be. All else is a giant macabre Kabuki dance. Let there be a binational state with an ultimate Palestinian majority. Jews and Palestinian Arabs lived together for hundreds of years before. If the Palestinians are interested in peace and prosperity they will make sure that the new binational state thrives. If the Israelis are interested in the same they will go along with the idea that the state will be democratic and secular (with room foe religious folks on both sides). If neither side is interested in achieving these lift goals, then a plague on both their houses. In truth, the world can survive without them.
