The US defines espionage towards itself as "The act of obtaining, delivering, transmitting, communicating, or receiving information about the national defense with an intent, or reason to believe, that the information may be used to the injury of the State or to the advantage of any foreign nation" (18 U.S.C. § 792–798) . It was the IDF and the government that injured the State by deliberately desregarding the law and the Supreme Court. Anat did commit the infraction of illegally copying and handing over documents to an Israeli citizen with the purpose of alerting Israeli citizens about criminal acts committed by a state institution. She has - of course - to pay for her wrong doing, but she deserves our respect as a forefront law and order fighter who is fully loyal to democracy and clean zionism in Israel
