Without more detail, this story doesn't add anything on which citizens can make decisions. Is it just a US inter-agency turf war or personal careerism / showboating? Is it new HUMINT from inside Iran? It certainly doesn't scan against Iran's recent activities and brinksmanship. Why would Iran take the burden of all the sanctions they are now bearing, if their program is only for energy? If they are desperate for energy, they could be much further along towards that goal by allowing unfettered IAEA inspections. This report doesn't jibe with El-Baradie's report, which concludes that there is some suspicion.
