Dear Helen. Before 1967 the Palestinians slaughtered Jews for no other reason than they were Jews. Jerusalem-1920, Jaffa-1921,Hebron-1929. Were the Jew stealing land and homes then too? Secondly in reference to the "wealthy" Jewish supporters of Israel ...including those in Hollywood and the financial sector. Take the Saudi family, the Baharainy family, and the others in the UAE. together their wealth far outsrips the Jews you speak about. All they have to do is lobby against Israel....if it is all a matter of money. But sorry dear Helen it is not only about money. It is about decency and which road one chooses. I also feel bad for the plight of the Palestinians but until they get a DECENT STRONG leader not afraid of his shadow and willing to sit across a table and hammer out a difficult and painful ( to both sides)peace agreement, nothing will change and people will continue to die on both sides.
