The Red Cross rules that prisoners must be accessed permission to be visited by 3rd party representatives, such as the Red Cross itself. "Prison" services are required to allow "prisoners" free access to writing letters to family, and to supervised visits. A "prisoner" is incarcerated for his or her crimes, and this requires a court case and sentence to suit the "crime", with provision for appeal within a court system. All these basic human rights codehas been denied Shalit. Where is the "honorable" UN human rights commission now? Why wont they sanction Hamas in order to bring them into line?
