Disasters happen everywhere and unfortunately it is human nature to wait for these events before addressing the problems. I am wondering where you live that has everything under control? I live in the USA and aside from all the great things here, we have children who are hungry, doing poorly in school, we had a very response to hurricane Katrina, etc. Your comment that everything is spent on the settlers is just plain stupid, so I won't respond to that. However, given the many medical and technological advances coming out of Israel, that benefit and are used by people all over the world, including you, I would love to see what Israel could accomplish if she didn't have to spend so much money on defense.
