Come on, how many wars have to be started yet because of irresponsible politicians trying to bring a rivalling nation to its knees? And how much terrorism will be bread out of this? Can't those who spread such hatred see that they are only providing the other side with arguments that can be used to incite the people against the west? Let's stay reasonable, and remember what the real goal was here: To prevent Iran from building a nuclear bomb. NOT to impose sanctions on Iran, no matter what, and NOT to enforce regime change from the outside (we already know the negative consequences of such idiocy). Now, what do you think, will more sanctions show Iran that it was a good idea to finally get into an agreement about the reduction of weapon capable material? What did they get for this? Only more sanctions! And will the ongoing plans to bomb, maybe even invade Iran, plans that are discussed publicly here at Haaretz, convince the Ayatollahs that they should stop trying to build nuclear weapons? Come on, has an increased threat from enemy powers EVER lead to a reduction in the arms race? It should be obvious that this is totally counterproductive. Imho the western nations have now totally lost the focus on WHAT they were trying to achieve, and instead wandered off on a path that can only lead to violence and desaster. That's devastating.
