Amos Harel in his article on the Nahal, how the present generstion of recruits are praised and mollycoddled. So they've gone all American? How tough will they be next time in Gaza or Lebanon? Facing Hezbollah or Hamas 'martyrs'? Tough training with togeetherness produces tough together soldiers who can face the enemy. Soft training produces 'nice athletic types' who get PTSD before they meet with and beat the enemy. Warriors learn not to fear death. Learn not to fear death then you might live and beat the enemy. Become a Warrior not just a soldier...
