When people run out of things to say, they pull out the old Moroccan ethnic rubbish. Peretz is the wrong man in the wrong job - that has nothing to do with where he's from, or where he's going. Disraeli said that there is no fate worse than to be a stupid Jew - there is: to have a stupid Jew as a defense minister. Ramon, Katsav, Mordechai, Peretz - all stupid in their own way - and in NONE of these cases is their ethnicity important. So quit the ethnic crap. Peretz should go - period - so should Olmert, and so should Halutz. Where they were born has nothing to do with this. Gabi Ashkenazi is not exactly an Ashkenazi - so why don't people think he's stupid? - because he isn't. And why DO people think Peretz is? - because he is. That's all there is to it.
