How is his statement concerning this social unrest currently taking place in Israel any different? Throughout his service for this hapless government he has done nothing but play the peacemaker for a government that is nothing of the kind. He has been a less toxic voice for Israel's propaganda that the moldovan pitbull, but then that's not saying much. He should be humble enough to admit that zionism still has not found the basic formula for how it can be both "Jewish" and "democratic" Peres has done nothing to bring clarity to that claim.
