Back around the time the Oslo Accord was signed, there was barely enough land base for a viable Palestinian state. Since then the good land and water sources have been taken over by the settlers precluding a viable Palestinian state, And guess what? The Pals would rather not live out their days in the ever shrinking Bantustans that have been forced upon them. Mind you, there are fantasists who still expect the Pals to decamp to Jordan.
