A university or college diploma doesn't mean anything, what's need to be challenged is the quality of education. If our universities/colleges would be on the same level as European or US ones, then it would make a significant difference. Our universities are in the 120th and 173rd place in the world, not something to be proud of. And in regard to the 78% of money invested in education that is coming from public funds, what is in this equation? Does it also comprehends the money that flow to yeshiva's. This articles means absolutely nothing, just look around to the amount of morons that are living between us, shouldn't say we are well educated. My 2 cents.
