In general, the food that Jews eat will be presented to the world as a Jewish food, as this is accurate. Such presentation is, naturally, non-exclusive. Shawarma can be Iraqi-Jewish and Iraqi-Kurdish and Lebanese and Malaysian, too! Bourekas can be Bulgarian and Bulgarian Jewish and Turkish, too! Blinzes can be Polish Jewish and Ukrainian, too! I realize you will find this confusing and, at bottom, simply another devilish plot to pretend that the Jewish people exists when really, you hold, we do not exist at all. But I suspect that if you think hard enough, you will get it.
