Bibi's speech was emotive, honest and above all else - factual - an important feature when adressing the world body, don't you think? So I guess it all comes down to a popularity contest which, I admit, Abbas wins hands down. Too bad his speech was filled with so many distortions and not only lies, but what he left out. Here's an example: This land is the cradle of Christianity and Islam? Hello, don't you think something there may be missing???? This is what Bibi did a good job of pointing out and this is the root of the problem - not the settlements but the fact that the Palestinians refuse to recognize the 3500+ year historical connection that we have to this land. Until they admit this, there will be no peace.
