1. That no area in East Jerusalem is off limits for new building and further expansionism. 2. That the 23 illegal outposts built on private land that were promised by Ehud Barak to be taken down are still standing and that any government commitment to rtemove them has not been implemented. 3. That all those settlements that were built on private Palestinian land are there for good and will be part of Israel. 4. That this policy will make a contiguous, viable Palestinian state impossible which is just what Israel wants. 5. That Israel will declare it legal to take private Palestinian land in cases where existing settlements need "natural growth for their already existing communities.
