intentions were "pre-meditated". Adultery is not rape nor is sex in the workplace. Bad form - disrespect for high office: yes. Rape? Far from it. Monica never cried "rape" or even "coercion". Which should propel you to re-consider the Katzav situation. But it's more fun to pretend that all woman are "pristine" and "virtuous" rather than being both willing to use sex with a villainous clown followed by blackmail if he rescinds on his promise of "payment", i.e. professional advancement. Sounds like sex in the workplace is a new concept all of a sudden. It's ugly. esp. when it occurs in high office. But rape? That's a travesty of "justice".
