The article says he was found guilty of kissing a woman against he will. So the Court found that he did a bad thing and lied about it, but what law did he break? I am alarmed that the Israeli legal system feels justified to convict a person solely on the basis of moral indignation without any reference to the law. It is actually outrageous and a threat to everyone's civil liberties. It is a price not worth paying in order to teach a powerful man a lesson.
