Make with Israel, when they can't even agree among themselves about who will be in the caretaker government that will be in office less than a year? I also have news for you--by the very nature of its mandate, a caretaker government can't make treaties with other nations. Any meaningful negotiations MUST be with an ELECTED Palestinian government.
