I'm having trouble understanding this. It is a crime to deny the Shoah, a provable, generally known historical fact. It is also a crime to avow Israel's possession of nuclear weapons, another provable, generally known historical fact. Also, Israel considers itself to be a democratic State which guarantees free speech to its citizens. Vanunu is an Israeli, but he cannot exercise free speech by speaking to foreigners--regardless of the subject of such speech. The contradiction meter just went off the scale.
