There are some facts known and the rest is oyre speculation. We know that Sisi once lived in Gaza and that he was kidnapped and rendedred to Israel. Outside of those known facts, everything else has been pure speculation. Apparently, prior to his kidnapping, no indictment had been prepared for the court system, nor were warrants issued internationally. There supposedly is an indictment now but the charges etc. are 'secret' and cannot be divulged? The speculation by Der Spigel seems to be government 'spin' because even if Sisi had information on Shalit, once kidnapped, you can be sure Shalit would have been moved and any information gained would be worthless. So, what is really going on? Did the vaunted Mossad kidnap the wrong man? Did they really have any idea of what they were doing? Mere membership in Hamas seems a poor excuse to kidnap someone on foreign soil. Unfortunately so-called 'gag orders' in Israel always seem to be more about preventing embarassment to the government rather than a tool to 'protect' security.
