H: I agree with your analysis. The issue is the settlers; although defensible boarders was not defined that is what was meant. I think that with enough money something could be done about the settlers but Uncle Sap is not going to produce that money. The issue is; although Israel really does not need a peace agreement with Palestinians at this time; it is currently safe except from Iran, and there is no solution to the settler issue, what is Obama's schtik? What need is he fulfilling by taking the line of starting with pre 1967 borders? Who is he taking care of? I have no doubt that Mitchell quit because they disagreed; the Obama line is hopeless and kills the peace process. it cannot be that Obama.has a good feeling in his heart for the Palestinians, who merely want to fill their pockets with donations. I do not want the US to support Palestinians and will make that clear when I vote in 2012.
